Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation: Course cancellation will not be allowed if purchased via external links.
2. Account Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your account on Free Course Universe, you can do so at any time. Please note that canceling your account will result in the loss of access to any courses that you have enrolled for on our platform.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have canceled your course or account within the stipulated time period mentioned in the cancellation policy.
2. Refund Amount: The refund amount will depend on the type of payment made at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid via credit/debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the same card. If you paid via online payment gateway, the refund amount will be credited to the same account.
3. Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
4. Non-Refundable Products/Services: Please note that certain products or services offered on Cheap Universe may not be eligible for refunds like memberships, Course link purchase via external links like shareus, mylinkgenie, and this will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
5. Some course content might be missing we will try to provide all the content, but if we are not able to do sometimes ( due to technical issues ) then there won’t be any refund.
6. Refund Disputes: If you have any dispute regarding the refund, please contact our customer support team at harry@cheapuniverse.org We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Applicable Laws: This policy is subject to Indian laws and regulations, and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the Indian legal system.
